It will include comprehensive instruction on a wide range of FMLA regulations, case decisions and form letters on all aspects of FMLA (e.g., intermittent, continuous, flare-ups, denials, medical certifications and addressing these significant challenges, FMLA rejections, exhausting FMLA, addressing employee abuse, fixing FMLA errors, workers’ compensation/STD and its interrelation to FMLA, and more). This is a comprehensive discussion of FMLA regulations and cases; it is NOT a basic review. Please only attend if you are responsible for FMLA administration or oversight.
